By accessing Midnight Mile 2D or playing at /play, you agree to these terms. The Game is provided by Ease of Fortune Studios for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Fair play
You may not cheat, automate runs, forge scores, abuse APIs, or interfere with other players' leaderboard standings. We may remove scores, ban client identifiers, or restrict access when we detect abuse.
Virtual items
Coins, skins, and other in-game items have no real-world cash value outside the Game. Purchases are subject to Stripe's terms and any refund rules that apply to your transaction.
Ads
Documentation pages may show Google ads. The Play client may show a separate game banner. Ads are not part of gameplay and do not change jump height, eagles, or miles.
Availability
We aim to keep the Game available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the Game is updated.
